Most of our clients wanted to review their Dynamics GP security setting using smart list, so we have setup some smart list’s using smart list builder. Here is the list

You can download your copy here, to apply on your dynamics GP installation just import the .xml file using smart list builder import process ( Dynamics GP Menu >> Tools >> Smart List Builder >> Import ).
After importing the smart list , you need to grant access to the users as well and can also make further modification based on your requirements.

ReplyDeleteAfter importing the smart list, you should grant access using security task setup for these smart lists. To Do so you can create either a new task or can enable these smart list for an existing task.
- Dynamics GP Menu >> Tools >> Setup >> System >> security Task
- Then select your existing task or create new task
- Product "Smartlist"
- Type "Smartlist Objects"
- Series "Smartlist Objects"
- Then mark the smartlist from the details (grid) area.
